Dear Derek,
Being a customer of Volk I have watch your box talk segments and have found them interesting and informative. I particularly liked the one where you speak of the dedication of Volk and its employees to their customers. I always believed that to be true as I have had nothing but good experiences with Volk in the years we have been a customer.
But this week I experienced a crisis as I had a shipment came in from overseas where the boxes were unusable and I needed to get replacement boxes immediately as we had committed to our customer to ship this week. I called my sales rep, Steve Kearney, late in the morning on Tuesday asking for help. I immediately got a response saying that if I placed an order quickly we could have the boxes on Thursday. About an hour later I got a call from Steve saying that we would have the boxes on Wednesday as he would meet the truck and deliver them to us personally.
We got the boxes and shipped our order on Wednesday. Because of the whole Volk team and their extraordinary efforts we were able to meet our commitment and keep our promise to our customer.
Derek, I just want you to know that we appreciated your team’s efforts and commitment to customer satisfaction. This has truly convinced us how committed your organization is to customer satisfaction.
