ABOUT VOLK PACKAGING

Volk Packaging Corporation, established in 1967 by Benjamin Volk (1910-1996) and his son, Kenneth, was the first tenant in the new Biddeford Industrial Park off Route One in Biddeford, Maine. Kenneth Volk retired in 2007.  His brother, Douglas A. Volk, President and Chief Operating Officer now run the forty three year old corrugated sheet plant. Ken’s son, Derek, serves as Vice President at this third generation family business. In the past forty two years the Volk family has worked hard to live up to the words of Ben Volk’s motto, “Our Customers are Our Bread and Butter.”

Newcorr Packaging

Volk Packaging is also owner of Newcorr Packaging, a sheet feeder in Northborough, MA.  Newcorr is one of the only sheet feeders on the east coast with 2 corrugators. This access to sheets allows Volk Packaging to provide what the big paper companies cannot, a consistent level of service throughout the year with no delays because the “big” customer is tying up the only machine.
